How to Find Alignment and Balance with Yoga Practice
Let’s have an alignment and balance with yoga and oils experience today! Put a few drops of Grapefruit oil (paid link) in a cup to sip on. Grapefruit will clear the kidneys, lymphatic system, and vascular system. It will also bring a joyful, positive mood to your practice.
